How do I report poor service from a representative. The person who help me today Debbie Nothelfer, was wonderful! She fixed everything that the girl from yesterday, Pearl Macks, did wrong. By the time I was done talking to Pearl, 45 minutes later, I was spitting nails she need some training. She told me that if I lost 10 gigs of data my phone bill was going to go up to $55. If I wanted to put my data back to what it was my bill was going to increase by $190! So you can see why I was angry. I spoke to Debbie today and she straightened everything out put me on a new plan that's cheaper and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Pearl also told me that her supervisor would call me back within 5 to 10 minutes as I requested, and it's been about 20 hours and I'm still waiting for the call back! Not happy with you Pearl!
