Phone number port in to at & t

I have yet to receive my credit for porting my phone number to at & t from Verizon. When can I expect to see this credit. Also, I have another phone line with metro pcs I was considering porting over to at & t if I were to do that would I still be eligible for the same $300.00 credit if I port in my metro number and add a 2nd line to my account. Another issue I am having is getting through to an associate to speak to regarding my Bank of America 20% cellular discount? I stopped into a store where they went through the motions, took a picture of my employee id and when they went to apply it they said it will not allow the, because I have the bundle package with the tv and Internet they told me if I call into at & t they can apply the 20% discount but after hours of waiting and many attempts to make contact to
Customer service I have been extremely unsuccessful. PLEASE HELP!!
