I went to a AT&T store to get a iPhone 6s but the port was not successful from my old carrier. Hence i was given a AT&T sim which i used for couple of days before porting to Verizon. AT&T has now charged me for a termination fee for a contract i never signed or a iPhone i never took with me. I have been following up with them to get this fixed without success. Rather than resolving this, they have now gone one step and given this case to a collection agency to collect a debt which is incorrect.
