I have called three times and spoken to representitives who have been "there to help me with my wireless needs." I have been "approved" all three times to receive my credit of $240 and frankly I'm tired of sitting on hold and waiting for them to speak with supervisors to have this addressed again to end up NOT getting my money back still. No, I do not want a credit to my account. I want my money back and then I will cancel this horrific service that is overpriced and overrated. Oh wait, I forgot, people have always hated AT&T.
