I have been an ATT customer for years. Most of the time when my bill is due, I delay it. I have 2 other people on my plan who have different payperiods and their young and struggling. So I would always ask for a delay. Recently I was told I wasnt able to do this anymore because of my billing history of always delaying my bill. This decision was made without talking to me about it. They just did it. Ok, so when they made the decision after calling several times I was able to make arrangements again. When it was due, I didnt get the money from another person because they were away for the holdiay weekend. Well, its the first time I was cut. Now my whole bill was due. Prior month and current month. I ran around and paid it all except 100 dollars. I just couldnt get up anymore cash so soon. They refused to put me back on without paying that 100 dollars. I called so many times and every person said no they can't. So they would rather me become disconnected and possibly leave to go to another company, than to work with me. One of the reasons I stayed with ATT was because they worked with me all the time and I always pay!!! regardless. Every time they send me a survey, I do it, and its always glowing reviews. I am now looking at another company to go to. I guess you make so much money its ok to loose me as a customer. Bye ATT
