I have been a customer since 2001 same ph number and added lines.Recently when I had problems with my bill AT&T made arrangements that helped.I recently had a big decrease with my income so now my ph is gonna be turned off.Thats not the biggest problem...the problem is when it's turned off I would have to pay x amount of dollars to have my services restored.Thats money I don't have and I've said this on many occasions.I can go to another company with cheaper rates but my loyalty was to y'all....my question is why aren't y'all loyal to me?Sincerly "Valued Customer"
