More of a comment than a question. My wife and I have been on this installment plan for our phones for about a year now and I have to say it was the worst thing AT&T has even done. I would have much rather had the contract like I insisted we should have with the AT&T rep at our local store. Our bill has been $60 a month higher than when we were on a contract.. and will be for another year.
I keep going back to the pressure of the sales rep saying it will be cheaper in the long run... no way in heck has it been. Have been pleased with AT&T until this fiasco. Should have gone with my gut and will never ever do this again.
