HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERCHARGED

I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. Always paid my bill ontime. I recently switched to US Cellular - only because I am tired of waiting for AT&T to have more cell towers and better coverage up north. I was overcharged on my bill, of course. When I called customer service, I was treated very rudely and was told a manager would call me back within 12 hours. Which never happened. I am thoroughly disgusted with AT&T and will be telling all my friends and family to never go there for service.
