Upgrade and Billing Issues

Hey all,

 

So I am not sure if this situation has happened to anyone else, but I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6 to 6s using the ATT next plan. Aside from terrible customer service, I just receieved my bill in which I am being charged for the 13th installment for the iPhone 6 and my first installment for the 6s. I don't understand why I am being charged for a phone I do not have anymore. Was anyone aware of the fact, that for at least one month, they would be paying for both phones?
