Today I had called to modify my payment arrangement and was on the phone will a billing specialist for 45 min then he was trying to rush me off the line and as always when you make a payment arrangement the system sends you a txt message of the agreement but when I asked for my message he could not do this and had to contact his financial advisor to see if he could send me a message and kept me on hold for another 25 min then asked if he could call me back in 30 min cause his financial advisors were extremely busy and in the past if i never get the message then the agreement is not effective and there is no agreement and in the past made my payment like I had agreed on but then I got a message on the next day telling me if I did not pay the remaining balance my services would be interrupted I call them back on that day but since I never got a message there was no proof of the agreement and had to struggle to get the cash to make my payment and since I never got a txt message with my agreement and I waited for 30 min for the call back I called them back but little to my knowledge the call center was now closed I have never been lied to so much by any company that I have done business with I am so frustrated that I am contemplating switching to another company that might not lie to there customers and actually value the customer and go with there agreements instead of just trying to ruin a customers phone service because they do not want to do there job I have been with this company for over 5 yrs and they have just got worse with the customers I have alway upheld my agreements and always made my payments on time and I am sure there is another company that would love to have my business as for recommending this company to friends and family like they ask in there questionairs I would not try to get a person in a contract with a company that does not uphold there agreement way to go ATNT
