So, I think I have a great deal here with the merger. I have been with AT&T on the wireless side for over 10 years and with DirecTV with over 15 years. Then I see it is as simple as combining the two bills together to save $10 a month. Easy right???
No! Twenty minutes on the phone just to "create a new account". Ok, I am going along with that, but then they ask for my social security number, birthdate, and to pull a credit report. What???
If all I want is two bills combined, you don't need to pull my credit again (which by the way you did when I got a new phone in January and new DirecTV equipment last month).
Do better AT&T/DirecTV! Watch out to other customers!
