Very Unhappy

I just spoke to customer service about a 145.99 charge on my account. I ported my numbers last month and because I did so on the first day of a new billing cycle (It was a Monday), they charged me for an entire month's service. A service I did not use. They will not prorate or issue any refund. So AT&T keeps and charges money for a service that they did not provide. I will certainly go to every place online and tell all my friends and family not to use your services.
