Wireless bill disappeared in AT&T online service

I hav AT&T two a/cd.
1) Wireless (for three iPhones) a/c no. ***** since 2010
Latest bill $189.31. Paid on 09/07/15; Confirmation Bo.
2) U-Verse a/c no. 436074957010 since 05/10/2015.
Latest bill $176.29. Paid on 08/30/15; Payment confirmation $176.29

Since 08/30/15, Wireless bill amount could not be found in both myAt&T application in iPhone/iPad and My Account in web site.

Although I put the wireless a/c no was put in payment, it was shown for U-Verse on 09/97/15.

Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
