Thanks for charging me for your mistakes!!! 😡

Well, after two months of dealing with a problem (technical) due to something totally out my control...I am NOW being punished on my bill!!!!
1. I was an Altell customer grandfathered in with a plan that has unlimited data
2. Had a problem with my phone which AT&T said was a SIM card issue. I went to the local store to get a new one (per tech support)
3. While trying to "provision" the new SIM card, they could not do it due to an imbedded "voice to text" option I had with Altell.
4. To preserve my unlimited data and after MANY MANY lengthy phone calls with AT&T, AT&T switched me to one of their plans with unlimited data. I then found out after still dealing with the technical issue, I had been switched back to the Altell plan.
5. After 3 trips to the Apple Store, me handling it with them instead of AT&T making it right, many emails, calls, and two replacement phones later...I was charged $30 more on my bill last month and $85 more this month.
Bottom line....I DID NOT SWITCH THE PLANS....AT&T did and even after being switched back, I am supposed to pay more???? Tried calling and the lady got (typically) snarky with us. I have been convinced since the technical problem with my phone started that AT&T is trying really hard to strong arm me into loosing or changing my plan. I am completely frustrated that I, as the customer, am being punished for all of it.
I need someone to FINALLY make it right!!!!!
