Recently I ported my 3 numbers to different company. Due to porting processing between two company my bill period exceeded only 5 days after the last full month use. ATT charged me full month $184 for these 5 days use. This is unfair charge by ATT. Calling multiple times to customer service didn't work well. I would like to file complaint to FCC. Wanted to know before I proceed with this process, if anybody from company can work with the and refund me the reasonable amount from the overcharged done on my last moth bill.
