I have been experiencing the worst of accounts set up I have ever experience. You can clearly see from the first sentence my frustration has grown as the issue just continues to get worst. I was under my wife's plan in conjunction with my son and decides to separate mines and my sons line last week. I went personally to AT&T Company Store 651 River Avenue Bronx, NY 10451. Sales associate Jillian took care of us after waiting over 30 min and another associate just walking around without a simple acknowledgement. We explain what we needed and separated the accounts. After leaving the store my wife's line was not working. We called the store and Jillian realize she put my wife's line under my account and was not able to do anything about it until she paid the balance. She paid the balance and was able to use her phone. The next day we called her again because she was still under my account. Jillian stated she was going to fix it and everything should be okay for all the troubles, She was going to wave the transfers fee which she did not. I finally went to another ATT store next to my job in the city where they fixed everything needed and my sons line and I are finally on the correct account and rhe invoices correct. They stated unfortunately they couldn't wave the transfer fee because they were not sure what the representative did. Today I want to pay our last bill and both my wife's line has the full amount and my account has a charge of $195 for my wife's phone for that one day. I called the store again and asked to speak to Jillian since she wasn't available the manager Ashley took my call. She can not undertand what Jillian did and can't assist. I am not sure if I am more frustrated that they don't understand what Jillian did, all the confusion she caused on both account, the fees she didn't wave or the fact that such a big company as AT&T can not assist their customer in the Bronx store.
