I was trying to make a $200.00 payment and system added in all the charges on my account. I can not afford the full amount hence the partial payment. I've tried calling in but the wait times are ridiculous. I waited the other day for over 30 minutes to speak to one of your representatives and she informed me that I would need to talk with another department and she transferred me over. Well, their wait time was supposed to be 10 minutes
more so I hung up.
The reason is: there are extra numbers on the bill that I need removed, one of which I told a rep. about last year. Now you're probably wondering why I try to reach out now? I haven't had a reason to look at the bill until now.
I would appreciate it if someone could either call me (***) or at least email a response.
I have been a customer for several years.
