Improper Billing on AT&Ts behalf

Very disappointed with AT&T's recent handling of my lack of text notifications concerning data usage. Three times work orders have been placed to fix an AT&T problem (not mine) and overages were not communicated to me via text messages as they were in prior years. If this problem was corrected on AT&Ts part in a timely fashion, I would have been aware of usage on my end, thus keeping me a loyal AT&T customer.....but now I will become a loyal Verizion customer for life....As will all my friends, family, co-workers, and everyone in my organization. Thank you and Goodbye AT&T.
