The worst experience that I have ever had

Just about two weeks ago, I spent some time exploring the Direct TV website and the AT&T website to determine if I could combine my WiFi account (mobile hotspot) and my Direct TV account. I used the number on the AT&T website that suggested that it was the appropriate number to call for bundling services. I spent almost 90 minutes being forwarded to FIVE different people between AT&T and Direct TV and was finally told that my mobile hotspot wasn't eligible for bundling. WHAT?!?!  This isn't a service that AT&T supports in that way?!?  But AT&T was more than happy to sell me the equipment and has been more than happy to take my $50 to $80 every month and gauge me with additional fees if I go over my data plan for over two months?!?  Seriously?????  Between Direct TV and AT&T I spend almost $200 a month between TV and internet....believe me, I will be looking for other options for both!!!  They obviously have no regard for my time or my money!!!
