Upgrade

I have a premier account and upgraded my phone. The bill went up 15 dollars so I called att. The agent said I could exchange the phone and go to next and my bill would go back down. I went to the store to exchange the phone and was told it would be 35 dollars to exchange. I explained my issue and they refused to waive but told me to call att back and they would resolve. I contacted att today and they refused to credit even after explaining what I was told by both agents. Very bad customer service and feel like I was lied to. There are too many companies offering to switch service and pay termination fees for this.
