I have been with ATT for over 10 years now and I must say I have had enough! Every r time I call or go into your store to change something with my bill or plan I am lied to. I changed my plan over a year ago and was told my bill would be $70 it's has been $180. Then after several hour long phone calls I was able to get it to $145... Not really a good deal when I was expecting $70. Then in May when I went in to pay off my husbands phone and check my data. I was told I could switch from 2g to 3G without an additional cost that it was just the new plan. So I did... My bill went up get again. I am very upset! My husband and I are on a very tight budget so when we expect to pay one thing and then pay another it's not acceptable. When I call and complain I basically get told too bad so sad. This is not right! Your employees need to be telling the right prices and the correct changes. I will be looking for a new cell phone company!
