Hi,
I sent a private message to AT&T last week and I noticed that the message was read 10 minutes after i posted the message, but there was no reply to my concerning issue.
SO I WILL POST THE MESSAGE HERE, Please bare with me as English is my 3rd language.
The Galaxy S5 that I had before was not functioning as it supposed to, so I called At&t and used my warranty to get a new replacement S5. Received the new phone, placed the old phone back into the package, placed the return label (smartlabel) onto the package, dropped it off at my USPS on July 28th, 2015. I have done my studied and the tracking number that AT&T provided me has 24 digits long, but all major carriers such as USPS only has up to 20-22 digits long. I cannot track my package anywhere and USPS have no idea where package is. You guys provided me with a tracking number was not trackable and now I kept on receiving text from you guys saying that you didn't receive the defective phone yet and that I might be charge with $500.
This is why im concern about the package,
I opened AT&T digital life-home security system in June of 2014. Upon receiving the package within 2 weeks, I called AT&T to cancelled the account just because I didn't feel like I needed it in my house. I did the same thing, I took the return label that was provided inside the package and placed it onto the box, dropped it off and then it went missing. I cannot tracked it, nor did AT&T. I received two emails from AT&T saying that they will charge me $600+ for the package if they don't received it. But, the emails also said that if i already sent the package back, then i can disregard the emails. A while later, I got a letter in the mail asking me to pay for the $600+ for the package. I then called AT&T and tell them that I already cancelled and sent back the package. How would I know where it is now? I am not the one handling the shipment process. The AT&T custumer service lady was helping me on this case at the time and was supposed to file a claim for me for the missing package. A while later, I received a letter from collection agency saying that I owe $600+ and it in now in Credit record. This affect my credit a lot and I did called AT&T again to ask why you guys put that amount into collection when I didn't even owe it. I filed for another Claim, so you guys can help me get rid of that collection that i didn't owe out of my file and out of my credit record. I will never pay for something that I do not owe.
Now,
The same thing happen to the return phone. I cannot track it with the number you guys provided me and you cannot track it either. So you just going to charge me for missing packages?
Please response to my concerning issue,
Vick
