I sent my wireless device back, as requested (on day 3 of the 10 day window)... after 2 days smartlabel tracking shows that it is in Sparks, NV ... today...the same message from 5 days ago is showing up... is the package lost.... will I be billed if it doesn't arrive in the 10 day window?
