Several years ago when we were still ATT Customers, we were set up with two home phone line accounts. When we refused to pay for the second line that we didn't ask for, they send us to collections. Now years later, we are trying to get a loan and because of ATTs stupidity we're getting denied.
I want this asnine charge removed from our account and our credit fixed [Edited to comply with Guidelines]
