Last Thursday or Wednesday July 28,I pay my bills and talk to customer service about the bills. They make sure that is zero balance already after I pay my last bill. After a day,AT&T cut off my phone without notice to inform me that have to cut off the line because I still have balance of 88 $ last month of June. And why they assure me that I don't have any balance until next month bills. Now I'm so disappointed for AT&T why they don't have any consideration for there clients? Why?
