Every month i have to contact you and ehar the same thing over and over again about that I can trust you that this will never happen again with the billing and dates issue. Now i have been a good and faithful custmor and I am not late on a bill, So i was told by Karen P that she was going to give me a month free because of all the crap I went throught! I went to check my data to see how much I have left and I see that you am being billed for next month! this is bull crap! None of you read the notes at all! keep this up I deman I speak to HQ and the BBB and we all going to have a long talk, You might be a multi billionaire comp. But I tell you what you also have scamed your way up being that way by lieing and ripping off people. I have done nothing but bragged about you all for a few months and then I see why people are griping now! SO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH MY BILLING!
