yes I called in a week ago on the 25th and talked to AT&T customer care. Explained that my wallet was stolen and ally credit cards were stolen, I had no way of paying except through my checking Account and the automated system would not let me pay I'm guessing because I've not been paying with my checking account, I've used credit cards, anyway I thought my new cards would have been sent to me by now but I still haven't received them. I had a payment arrangement for the 31st of July and my cards were not here the 31st or today the 1st. I don't want my service interrupted so I need some help with this I either need another extension or something I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me?
