I was paying a scheduled payment on the website and when I clicked submit the payment the website froze up while it was loading. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for something to happen and nothing happened so I backed out and went back to my account information. It showed I still hadn't paid the scheduled payment so I went through the process again and clicked submit. This time it automatically loaded up and gave me my confirmation number, but I received 2 emails from AT&T saying "Payment Processed." Both of these emails had different confirmation codes. I DID NOT want to pay my next bill right now being it was not due for a month and I need that money back for bills. What do I do?
