I've had to call in every month about my phone bill being outrageous every month the mistake is found and I get it clarified that my bill should never be over 160.00. That's is way more expensive than Verizon with them giving more data and three lines. This month the lady was very rude and could give me a 13.00 credit well that still would be me paying 181.00 I can't and won't pay that for 3 lines. I will be going shortly and changing services and good riddens at&t
