I just found out a payment was drafted from my checking account. I called two days ago to explain that I would be making a payment at a AT&T location this Friday the 24th of July in cash as it is my payday, since my checking account is overdrawn. Yet I discovered the payment was drafted anyway. I need to know how to correct this issue. This is going to result in more overdraft fees at my bank and due to a tremendous financial issue I am having right now this is going to make it even worse. I'm trying very hard to get these issues resolved, yet it will take some time. I truly like being a part of AT&T and very much appreciate the service, quality and the discount I receive through my employer the University of Washington.
