getting ripped off

Hi I just have a really quick question! This last month my data went over three times and I really don't understand how considering after the first one I haven't used my data. I have made sure I was connected to wifi because of these charges. Up until you guys started the "data rollover" I have gone over a couple times and it makes absolutely no sense because before you guys started that I averaged about 7 GB usage a month. But as soon as the rollover thing started I go over way too often and it doesn't make any sense at all. I don't use a lot of apps and I close them all out when done using them. I haven't used any data today, yet just a few minutes ago I received a text message stating that I went over and another 1GB was added with a $15 charge so now it's $45 in overcharges this month alone. This is very suspicious and unacceptable. [Edited to comply with Guidelines] slow purposely and thats what really seems to be going on here as well as running data when it's not even being used. I don't like being cheated outta my money and something needs to be done and done now because I have had enough. So if you can help me figure out why this crap has happened and give me a REAL answer that would be greatly appreciated.
