@ATT So I have been an AT&T customer for over 5yrs I always pay on time never had an issues and carry multiple lines one of which mad the switch to a family share plan to my line but has been with AT&T for 15plus yrs back in the Cingular days! The one time I have an issue no one can help me after 2plus hrs on the line with your customer service and assurion no one can tell me what went wrong. So my deductible for my phones are $150 a line///but someone got 2 new phones on my line at $99 no one can tell me how where they were shipped how they were ordered with out my pass codes how they are $99 when several reps including a manager said my deductibles are $150! I did not order any new phones or anyone on my line! Get this no one is even suggesting I change my passcode. One rep told me it was all done thru Assurion who do not require a password and another rep told me all insurance claims start at AT&T they then told me they were reported stolen but my phones were never turned off me were used during this whole time. Then I was told someone called asked if I had insurance then order phones on multiple lines as stolen days apart. No one can tell me where they were sent but told me they didn't come to my address! But they were signed for! So after 2plus hrs I am being told to call from 8-5 I guess on my lunch break to speak to Assurion to see if they will tell AT&T to credit me even though I have not had any dealings with Assurion and my contract is thru AT&T! Seems to me that an AT&T employee stole the info on my account and ordered phones! Oh and after Assurion does an investigation that will hopefully start tomorrow my bill will be late but instead of having it noted to waive the fee after Assurion fixes the claim no I was told to call back and speak with your awesome staff! Thank you AT&T for treating your loyal customers with so little respect and passing your issues on to other companies that only operate during limited hours! What will I be having for lunch tomorrow a argument with Assurion for phones J didn't order that no one knows how they were ordered or how the crooks which are probably employees were able to get a whole $50 of not one but two deductibles which according to your staff was probably an error as well!
