3 months of incorrect bills

My bill is yet again not showing the correct amount due. Through work, I am supposed to get a 21% discount on my main line, and I am barely getting 10% off on my first line. 21% off of $80 is not $8. It is over $16. Someone needs to fix this immediately. Also, I responded to a text message about att navigation that said my free trial was expiring - I had never used att navigation! And the website won't let me cancel! So now I can't cancel because of the stupid website, and I'm going to be charged, even though I replied and said the website wasn't working to cancel the navigation membership, and said that I wanted to cancel effective immediately. That was two weeks ago. There is also nowhere to cancel on the app. I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving and I am sick and tired of being ripped off each month when my bills come and say that I owe way more than I should. I have it on transcript and there are two other recorded phone calls on file that state due to my employer discount, I should be paying $120 per month, which includes all taxes and fees and surcharges, unless I go over on my data...which I have never done. Someone needs to fix this and contact me with a resolution ASAP.
