Hi, I am not able to refill online or with my phone using a credit or debit card. I have always been able to do so before, and there are no problems with my card (which also has enough money for the transactions).
I don't want to have to call a representative every time I need to add money. I just want to be able to update without the hassle again.
Online, I see this error balloon:
"Error!
Your online refill options are currently limited to refill cards/pins. When you are ready to make an online refill using a credit/debit card or e-check, please call GoPhone customer care at 877-734-0763."
On my phone, there is simply no option and I am always told I will be transferred to a represenative.
How can I fix this?
