my bill said i owed over 400 as of today, june 8th i made 2 payments that equal 265.00 which my amount would come to 181 and change, last month my bill was 180, how in one month can my bill be over 400. As of today when last month it was in the 180s, while i made a 265 payment? My balance should only be like 181.00, plus only one payment shows up , but another area shows two payments on same day was made? Will be canceling soon, this company already has 2 lawsuits, one for unspecific charges and another for not giving customers the full data they pay for.
