I'd like you to know that after almost 6 years of service my family and I will be taking business elsewhere I have never been treated so rudely or like I was a complete invalid in my life. For your MANAGER to suggest that my parenting was lacking because my daughter used up my data is absolutely ridiculous. Your staff has no idea at all what they are talking about due to the fact that no one seems to be on the same page.
