On June 15, I ordered a Passport Pro plan, which is advertised as providing 30 days of international roaming on my cell phone. I started it with effective date of June 17.
Today, in the morning of July 16 in Europe (which was midnight at the end of the day July 15 in the US) my plan expired and I started getting charges for uncovered roaming.
Customer Support resolved it for me, so it's all good. But....
30 days from the beginning of the day June 17, includes the entire day July 16. I propose that I only got 29 days of coverage on a 30 day plan.
Anyone at AT&T care to investigate?
