After reviewing my current wireless bill I was frustrated to find an additional $40 fee for upgrading my mobile data package. Frustrated since I waited for my cycle date to make the change as I have always been instructed to do to avoid such charges. Sure did not have this charge when I lowered the data package a few months back! At this time I am comparing different carriers & also have found where to file a complaint about this process.
After chatting for over an hour with a young man who could not find any previous "service" fees his only response was that I had been misinformed regarding changing my plan on the cycle date. I explained that I had already researched my bills to make sure I correct but apparently I was misinformed as he stated.
NOTa satisfied ATT customer today!
