Why can't you folks get this right? I need to bill you an hourly rate for how many times I have had to call you over the past six months to get billing issues resolved. This month you are charging me for two different rate plans. This is ridiculous. Sprint is looking better and better every day. And I want an email address. I have transcripts of all the conversations as I have been "conveniently disconnected" upon transfer on a phone call before and all the notes the operator supposedly put in the system werent there so I had to start from scratch on the next call. Ridiculous. Please contact me asap. You have my mobile number. I want a transcript however so will only discuss this via chat or other means of documentation.
