Why my plan changedi

I recently bought three iPhone's, (2 teens, and mine) BELIEVING the one I had longest WILL decrease bill by $25, as two year plan ended ERGO paid oFF in full.

ATT claims I changed my plan, and now we are mobile share plan so price stands..we've ALWAYS been MSP! I am angry as thee ONLY THING THAT CHANGED was the payoff of my mobile device.

Any/all thoughts are so very appreciated.
