I have 4 lines on my family plan and to start bill is always higher than I was told it would be when I added other lines. Last month I paid bill, got confirm number but it was charged to my account till 5-6 days later. By then 28 dollars came out causing an overdraft. My fault I understand but ATT continued to charge my account over 5 tines draining every cent out in overdraft charges. Why was I not notified until every dollar was outta my account and day before it got shut off. Now I pay two months bills to get it back on. Unbelievable, I will be going elsewhere once paid and contract is up. Or until I get buyout buy different provider. Great business practices.
