I purchased a cell phone for my sister at the AT&T store in Bronx, NY. The phone kept going into safe mode within 3 days, We went back to the AT&T store and the manger said to remove the battery and it will reset, We did this but it still kept going into safe mode, We went back to the AT&T store on the 8th day the manager refused to help again, WE went back a third time which is now 20 days later and the manager stated it is under warranty since it's after 14 days we have to call the 1-800 number for AT&T warranty. They said they will send us a new phone but instead we received a refurbished phone but we are still being charged for a new phone. Then they charged my account over 600.00 even though we still have not received the new phone they promised us. I called AT&T and they were rude and threaten my credit with fee's. Who can I speak to if customer service wont help?
