I have been with AT&T for almost 10 years. I called CS to see if they could work with me after I got hurt on my job , which is also my owe business in construction. After being down most of this year, the 6 lines I had been paying have now been hard to pay expecially if the bill is $530 a month. I called to talk to reps and again after ten years of service , we can't help you unless you have payment. Unfortunately this is my business line and my personal lines in which I can't get ahead if my business lines are down so now I'm stuck ., no phone. No help. I'm behind a little over $1000 now and I have to figure a way to get this up. Smh . At&tvim not a happy camper right now. And I have took up for you guys for so long. Smh
