Arbitration or not?

Once ATT has you hooked on teir contracts, they seem to not care. They have not followed through in regards to a problem I had with billing/adding new devices/returning the devices. /this problem began in March 2015. I was told in April that it would be taken care of within an hour.... I think that time is up............was giving them a chance to 'get it put into the system' efore really got upset, but that time has come. What do I think really happened? I think a customer service rep gave me incorrect information regarding a refund and ATT does not want to honor what the customer service rep said. But, I have emails and text messages that prove what I was told.

So, ATT needs to take a deep breathe and honor what was said, or we will be going through Arbitration.
