I made my last payment late and the rep said she was going to scheduled my current pay for the following week. I told her that was too short of a time but she told me I could just call back and push the payment back if needed. So of course I called to push the payment back and was told I couldn't. The reason I come in this mess is because I had last payment come out twice and received overdraft. So the bank sent back the second duplicate charge. Why is att not honoring what they told me.
