I signed up for Uverse in Aug. 14, Ever since I have had a problem getting the $50.00 applied to my wireless bill (I have combined billing) I have to call each month and be on the phone for 2 hrs while they "fix" the issue. The rep is very polite and assures my its "all taken care of". But the next month the same thing happens. For the past 2 mos, I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have been told THREE times that they will return my call BUT THEY NEVER HAVE. I am ready to file a complaint with federal authorities regarding the lack of customer service following through and correcting the problem. I have seen online complaints regarding the same issues and its much too common. We are paying customers who deserve better. I have asked to be taken off combined billing since they tell me that is the problem. However, when I called back the next wk to be sure it was taken care of, they told me their notes only indicate that I requested it but it was never processed. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told she was headed to a meeting and "didnt have time" but would call me back in 24 hrs. Once again, I never received the call back. I advice everyone to file complaints with the federal agency since dealing directly with ATT will NOT solve the problems
