So I have never gone over my data, recently changed my line that was once under a family member to my own and added two tables and my cell phone, have 10gbs of data and monitor my account through the my att app atleast three to four times a day and during my last data cycle it said i had 9.5 gbs of data out of the 10gbs available and dis mot use it the next day I checked the app and it did not give me any roll over credit and apparently my bill has overages and according to att i went over 14gbs of data, the night before when I last used my fone my data was like at 9.5 ish so tell me how it's possible that I went over by so much?? I tried calling customers service which was a complete waste of my time both occurances lasted a long time and they were not able to resolve anything and they stated that I had gone over my data and did not do anything to help i asked for a supervisor and after many attempts the representative apologized and when she kept transfering me over no one would pick up on the other line so I asked her to submit a claim for me and she didnt she stated someone would call me back no one ever did. So I go in person to the att store and the person tried to connect with customer service again and the person on the phone was no help at all the baloney reponse they gave me was that the My Att app itself is not very accurate and that it can literally take 2-5 business days for the data usage to be updated properly and reflecting the usage amount on the app, i was shocked so the app I was relying on to monitor my data itself is not very accurate???? Thats what the representative in the first place set up for me and told me to monitor everything on my app as far as I am aware, I never went over even my 10gbs of data and att failed to communicate the information of the accuracy of the app to begin with. The representative at the palo alto location even questioned the customer service rep after she had given us that absurd response instead of helping me after my long relationship with att and still now no one has done anything for me and I still have over $120 worth of overages on my bill when I never even used my 10gbs of data let alone go over 14gbs if no one assists me I will pay the bill and close my relationship because this is ridiculous and the worst experience ever even after I held Att in such a high place as I was content with everything and have never had an issue until now but to have to pay for data i never even used is ridiculous
