I am highly upset with AT&T for cancelling my service without even sending a letter to notify me when my service would be cancelled for nonpayment. I had been in the hospital and I did get behind on my bills. However, after making a payment I was told my service had been cancelled and I needed over a thousand dollars to have it turned back on.
I have been with AT & T since the 90s and was treated very poorly by AT&T with no real options or opportunities to catch up with my bill before the cancelled my service totally.
Now I may be forced to include them with a bankruptcy since they have given me no real solutions or showed no loyalty to me as a loyal customer.
