I would like to know why my auto pay date was changed without asking! I set up auto pay for the 10th of each month bc that was the best time of the month for our budget! We have most of our bills,including our mortgage, coming out the first of each month! I would like my initial auto pay back or one:I will cancel auto pay and send my pymt whenever it's convienent(like you changing my date whenever ya felt like it) and/or two: I will cancel all together. I did not sign up for the 2nd of the month! You don't change something AFTER you have someone's signature for certain things. Not happy in the least and I expect this to be fixed in a timely manner!
