ATT Company will always charge extra to Customer

I am so tired with att company. I am with customer with att since 2008. In beginning of years of service were great but now recently past few years, I am having experienced with very bad customer service. 

 

Each time you call to customer service billing department, you will listen different stories, different information. Each Customer representative will write notes but those notes are never complete in other words, not correct. Due to that reason customer has to face all those issue. 

 

My current bill was high (higher than it should be) they charged me extra saying we charges one month extra. I asked them, I have talked with Customer representative and person told me when changing plan, there will be no extra charges. After asking my multiple time same questions about any hidden charges, person told no there will no hidden charges. 

 

I am sorry if you areatt customer. Because this company care about their system, about their customer reprentative's notes. Apparently they will never bilieve you as a customer. ( they are forgetting that company is build based on customer acquisition
